They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I have been coming for years in Stephanie not only does what I want she listens to me. I lost all my pretty hair to a salonist who would not listen to me and did what she wanted. Later, when my hair finally started to get to a good length a famous salon cut my hair off to a style they wanted and not what I wanted and I refused to let another person touch my hair. Well, if you want someone to do what you would like and not come out out of salon and think can I have brown bag to hide, I think you should try D'Vons.

Love this salon. Love the easy going feel with the staff. I did read the other review on Crickets way she does hair and the lady who wrote it must of been having a bad day. Cricket has been cuting and styling my hair for years, and she gets it Right everytime. I have thin hair, most hairdressers I have gone to in the past could never make my hair look thick. Thanks to Cricket I can look great.
