I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. I always have a lot of questions, but they were able to answer every single one of them thoroughly, and clearly. They are definitely experts.
