They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. I could tell they knew what they were doing because they used good brands of shampoo and conditioner on my hair. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. They didn’t even slightly rush my session. They made sure I was well taken care of. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance.
