They did not style my daughter's hair the way I asked. The lady ruined her long beautiful hair by chopping it up and making it look blocky. I will NEVER GO TO OR TAKE MY CHILD to Cutting Edge. Disgusting, Disgusting! Disgusting! women (with a limp) who was cutting my daughters hair had a kept blowing her snotty nose and then not using hand sanitizer and then I noticed that she wore a blood-soaked band-aid on her left hand. Never again!

A haircut so bad I want to lock myself up and cry forever. I am that upset. The girl was very rude and cut SEVERAL INCHES off my hair. My hair is absolutely RUINED

I got in right away. I was seated at a filthy work station where different customers' hair was all over the place including the chair! I brought a picture of the hair stye I wanted which had a front and a back view of the cut. Angela Ingram, the one who butchered my hair, seemed to be confident in knowing what I wanted. Key word here SEEMED! Boy was I fooled. As soon as she started she had to answer a phone call which took way to long considering she had a customer in her chair. My hair did NOT turn out at all like the picture. I think she was in a hurry to get to her break. She did not even offer me a mirror to examine the back! I know why now. I hope this is helpful to whomever chooses to read this and yes I even tipped her. I usually tip between $3-$5 but I only gave her $1. I have gotten my hair cut there before and have been very pleased but I will NEVER GO BACK in fear of drawing her for my stylist.
