I called trying to find out how much my beauty treatment was going to cost, and they wouldn't even consider giving me a price over the phone. I didn't want to drive all the way over to find out what it was going to cost. One of the first things I noticed about this business was that they were not handicap-accessible and offered no means for handicapped individuals to enter the building. There were barriers everywhere making it practically impossible to get in the front door. They left me sitting in the waiting area forever. I even had an appointment, but they still couldn't get me in quickly. They didn't listen to anything I had to say! Whenever I tried to get a word in, they either interrupted me or cut me off before I could finish. Whenever I have a question, even if it's very basic, they always make me schedule an appointment, which is extremely frustrating. Her skills are horrible, she is lazy...if you like to waste time and money, then destructions by a horrible person called sarah is the place for you! I mean it, stay away from her closet size "salon". What a joke sarah, you've been taking money from this community long enough!
