They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. The equipment they used was very advanced. It was safe and well taken care of. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance.
