I have gone here for years. I usually get a wash and blow dry. She listens and does a great job. It is a small salon so call ahead and book the appointment. I've never had an issue with booking or any complication after arriving. Most importantly, I feel beautiful after =)

They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy.
