I waited for 30 minutes to get a haircut just for them to ask me if I had an appt. A man came in that did not have an appt and they put him before me and then told me it would be another 20 min if they can get to me.

I couldn't believe how clean their entire facility was. It was by far the cleanest salon I have ever seen. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. I was left in the appointment room by myself, but they eventually returned. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.

Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her

Absolutely. The stylist was very careful to make sure I stayed completely dry.
