I told the stylist what I wanted, just a scissor clip bob. She insisted on giving me a razor cut. The ends of my hair ( which is baby fine ) looks even thinner and I am terribly dissatisfied. Goodbye Cool J's, I will never come back. My advice to everyone .... stay away from this salon.

They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. The office was easy enough to find. Tessa is horrible. She really messed my hair up and it was a huge disappointment. I called to ask for someone to fix it but the receptionist said Tessa is always there and I would hurt her feelings if I came back to complain. HORRIBLE STAFF!!!!
