One thing I've always liked about this place, is how flexible they are with their appointment times. I'm almost always able to get an appointment on the day I want and at the time I want. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. I will absolutely recommend this place to everyone I know. They did such a great job. The entire time I was there, they were so attentive, and ready to help me with anything I needed.

I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. I loved that I was able to call and get the price of my beauty treatment over the phone. It was nice not having to drive over there to find out. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on.
