They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. And as I see in one other review...the coffee was tasteless.....I can tell you it is better than Starbuck's coffee and served by the most wonderful people I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. David, Carl and Sarah are in a class of their own...FIRST CLASS! Thank for all the wonderful company.....

I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. I had to wait a few weeks to get an appointment but I eventually got in. I would never recommend them to anyone. They were terrible. THEY OFFERED COFFEE BUT IT WAS COLD & TASTELESS{MUCH LIKE THE OWNERS}. WATCH YOUR BACK...THEY PICK & TALK BEHIND YOUR BACK! SHAMELESS!!!!

Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable
