I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. At Great Clips's office it was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. Their staff is very friendly and professional. Great Clips made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. Great Clips had quite a few interesting magazines.
