Owner and hairstylist tries to multitask and take care of 2-3 customers at a time so your haircut or color with take a lot longer than you would expect. It took over 2 hours to get my hair cut and I had an appointment. Stylist did not shampoo my hair or ask what I wanted. She frankly did not have the time or focus to serve me well. I paid over $30 for this disappointing appointment and never felt like I got a true haircut.
