They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.
I felt very rushed. They barely spent two minutes with me and almost completely ignored me. They didn't tell me anything about my treatment options. I left feeling very confused and frustrated. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. If I were in some kind of an emergency I'd go back. Otherwise, I'm going to look for something better.
The customer service in this store is terrible. One of the workers of the store told my child to pick something up. Which is fine if he knock it down. I did not believe he did it I did not see him do it. I told the man oh he did not knock that down. The man replied don't teach your children to lie don't do that. Excuse Me!!! Are You serious I could not believe the words coming out the mans mouth. I told him i don't teach my children to lie. He then informed me that i should teach them to just say sorry and and pick it up. Why would i tell my child to take responsibility or apologize for something they did not do. I walk away did not engage the man in conversation. Ten min later he call me to the front of the store to show a video of my other son not the one he accused of doing it touching a wig. Though i did not see him drop the wig on floor on the video either. I apologize several times told the man i did not have a problem saying sorry or making my kids pick it up but the fact that he told me to not teach my kids to lie was offensive. Next thing i know there is a man on either side of me yelling at me over something that was not damage or broken. Then the guy tells me how people steal and he not taking anything from anyone again. Now you are equating my child " dropping" a wig on the floor to stealing. I have never been teated so rudely in my life. The worst part is I apologized and they still yelling at me. When i tried to place the stuff on the counter one of them snatch from me and yelled go somewhere else i don't need you business. As if i was going to give them my money. I implore you do not shop at this store. I found a very nice one down the street. In the goodwill shopping center. I will be telling every stylist I know not to shop there. I was refereed to the shop and I will let that person know what happen so she does not refer anymore of her clients either. While he may not need my business maybe losing a few more will make them think about the way they treat people.
