I had an appointment with one of the male staff due to the illness of regular stylest. He said that he could do the same color and cut as she did. However he only colored the top of my hair in an old fashion pull though cap which made it look like I was wearing a wig of a different color. He agreed to correct it for more money. This was not explained in our first meeting. He then said that if I didn't like it I could try somebody else. I was a big deal. I have noticed this person doing hair for the elderly which looked ok. But if your hair is a different color than gray he can't do it. I think he should think about retirement.
If he didnt have the skill and knowledge to do my hair like my regular stylest he should have said so. I also think that the salon owner should have been more involved in the problem and did not seem concerned. I am sure I should have received a full refund

my mom gets her hair done my Tracy Loomis and she is the best hair stylist that i've ever seen!!!!! She can do anything
