I have visited the salon today to cut my son's hair. The time was changed and they told me you can come after 15min even I booked already my appointment. Even though the front desk doesn't say sorry or we apologize to change, but they hair cuter apologize and explained that later for me.
The hair cut doesn't cut my son's hair well. Something is short and other is small. She put my son in a place on the kid just finish his hair and it was not clean. I asked her to give us new but she does not respond to me.
I don't like my son style and I will recut him again because some are long.
I am not happy with this visit. I used to cut my hair here couple time but this first time for my son and totally I did not like it.
