Fredic & Company Salon over processed my hair resulting in endless breakage. They also turned the ends of my hair green. Owner, Janet Montanaro told me it was my fault while she was yelling and said if I wanted anything else done I'd have to pay for it. I have consulted with a few stylist/colorist and they said no matter how many treatments, cuts or corrections I have NOTHING will repair my damaged hair to look healthy like it had been before Fredic & Co. touched it. They all agree I will have to wait approximately 2.5 years until I have regrowth for my hair to look like it did.

I'm truly devastated. Hair professionals have told me to file a complaint with the State of CT and report Janet. Numerous women after seeing my hair said I should sue.

I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. I had a bunch of questions when I arrived, but they were able to answer all of them. They really knew what they were talking about. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities.
