I have been coming here for many years and it seems as though the service is getting worst. Made an appt with the boss of the salon for a specific person I always use for both nails & pedicure. In the middle of having my nails done the person doing my nails days " somebody else do your pedicure ". I explained that I made both services with her and she kept repeating the same thing since English was not understood. I will get in touch with the boss and let her know about her error. Little by little I am cutting down my services unless it improves or I find somewhere else to go that meets my needs. Very disappointed to say the least...
