In 1954 Jacques Dessange opened his first salon on the Champs Elysées, one of the most prestigious sites in Paris.
Before long, top Parisian designers like Christian Dior and Coco Chanel sought his talent for their collection shows. The models and celebrities of yesterday and today - Brigitte Bardot, Jean Seberg, Kim Novak, Jane Fonda, Sandra Bullock among many, many others spread his name worldwide. Today, more than 40 years have passed and the tradition of beauty is now offered in over 800 DESSANGE Paris salons internationally.
It is Jacques Dessange's wish to allow women in every country to appreciate the quality of Dessange services and to enable those who travel, wherever they may be, to find the same DESSANGE Paris hallmark of quality, service, hygiene and understanding.
