When we entered the store we were the only customers there and there were 5 stylists sitting around and didn't even acknowledge us Finally, when they did help us, they acted like we were a bother to them and no one wanted to.cut our sons, hair. We asked for a.simple boys cut with.some lines cut in on the sides and ine stylist said she didn't know how to cut them in, and the second stylist simply ignored us and didn't do it. During the cuts, thr manager and other employees sat around our 6 yr old and complained about another employee. Lastly, thet said they would honor competitor's coupons, but when we gave them one that said "$3 off next visit" from cost cutters, they were reluctant to take it because the manager "didnt knoe what that means " on the coupon. Seriously? We left that store and both of our sons said they didn't want.to go back and that the stylists were rude and didnt say a word to them during their cuts except for how to.sit or turn their heads We will NEVER return to that ir any Fantastic Sams because of this poor experience and rude, unprofessional staff
