I was there last week, I left feeling very confused and frustrated. The girl cutting my hair discouraged my asking any questions. she brushed me off. She didn't care how I wanted my hair cut, I came out looking the exact same, except I had a trim on my hair. I told her I was not happy with my trim, I wanted a specific haircut and didn't come out with it. She said she will write it down for my next haircut, what? there won't be a next haircut. I will not waste another $20 there. I wish I hadn't bothered to spend the time and money on this appointment. and they do not take debit so take cash.
