I was hoping that they would be sympathetic to my situation and understand where I was coming from. Instead, they made it completely obvious that they didn't care about me or what I had been through. Every time I've called Creative Hair Design and left a message, I've never heard back. It's extremely annoying. I hated the beauty treatment I received at Creative Hair Design. I demanded a refund. Every time this provider left the room, the staff would immediately begin complaining about how much they disliked working there. It made me nervous, and I didn't go back. When comparing them to others in their field, I would say they are by far the worst I have ever seen. I will never return.
