They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. I was satisfied with my appointment. The doctor was able to help me with everything I came in for. They didn't exaggerate their abilities at all, which has been a problem at some of the other places I've visited. I got what was promised.

The equipment they used during my adjustment was very advanced and sophisticated. It made me much more comfortable knowing that I was getting the most safe, current treatment. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan.
