I was very happy with Dr. Jones but have some issues with her assistant, Linda. First, she never washed her hands before touching my granddaughter. As she was attempting to examine my granddaughter's ears, she put the scope in her own ear and then my granddaughter's ears. My four year old granddaughter wouldn't let the assistant flush out her other ear because it was hurting. Linda and I tried to get my granddaughter to relax and when she wasn't cooperating, Linda threatened her with getting more people in to hold her down, which made matters worse.

They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional.
