When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. If I had to rate them on just their friendliness towards me I would give them the whole five stars alone. This was one of the warmest and most welcoming offices I've visited. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. Their staff is very friendly and professional.

I followed Dr. Singh over to Millman Derr from her previous position at an eye care center that I didn't care for, neither doctors nor staff except Dr. Singh, who was so teriffic that I located her at Millman Derr when she left. She's just that good. She also has a wonderfully capable assistant who patiently walks you through the "which is better, A or B?" prescription lens examination. Dr. Singh always listens to anything I have to say regarding my eyesight. Last visit, she worked with me to check, twice, for something odd that I had experienced (assuring me things were looking normal in the process).
