Always professional. Always on time. Rarely, if ever, cancels an appointment. She truly takes the time to understand you as a person, not just a set of symptoms. Sometimes remembers more about you and what you've said than what you remember.

She maintains a fairly detached, I guess "blank slate" demeanor which is sometimes a bit of a turn off. At times, this can make her seem cold and clinical. But I would still classify her as a nice person and therapist. It's a personal preference, I suppose, and I have slowly come to accept that as how therapy will work. It doesn't mean she doesn't care.

Really easy set up for billing and payments. Very flexible and practical.

Dr. Lhulier is completely respectful of you as a client. I've already seen great progress in my time with her. I wish my family lived in DC so they could all go to therapy in her practice.

I highly recommend Dr. Lhulier to anyone looking for mental health help.
