I'm a mom who I care deeply of my kids. I will make this warning to you who do not have to go through what I went through today. My daughter, Rachel lost her glasses last week at camp field trip. I wanted to have her eye rechecked to be sure if she need it before I buy her a new glasses. Anyhow, I bought Rachel for her eye exam doctor not her specialist doctor, because her appt was set for Sept. 10th. I didn't want to wait 'til Sept. 10th for her appt, so I took her to the store where I bought her glasses. The doctor asked her several questions, and Rachel didn't reply any of his answer. I didn't know he was asking so many questions, because I didn't hear what he was saying, but he left the room and denied her eye exam test. I was puzzled and looked at her like what really happened. She said nothing, so another man who worked there came to me saying the doctor wouldn't give her eye exam because she wasn't very responsive and he refused to give her the eye exam. I'm sorry if my daughter is shy, but I had no idea refusing her eye exam had to do with communication. I felt like my daughter's eyes weren't that important to him. Ok, you lost a good customer who wants nothing to do with your time and service. Thanks for making me bawling my eyes out on my way home.

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

Yes, they were informing me of new advancements that were extremely recent

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance
