She was the on-call doctor and I needed immediate medical advice regarding a surgical procedure I had done. She couldn't answer my specific questions and that's not a good indication of confidence when a patient is not knowing what's going on. "You had a minor surgical procedure done..." Minor perhaps but with very strange post surgery effects, and if I've never had it done before, how do I know what is considered "normal" versus I need to get checked out because something's not right? I did not appreciate her belittling my situation. It was unprofessional.To me she was insensitive and not at all attentive to my questions. The 1.5 stars is for the quick call back.

Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. They knocked before entering the exam room, and even waited for me to reply that I was ready before entering. They really respected my privacy.
