•Consultation sessions are tailored to meet your needs. How to plan appropriate meals, modify recipes, and improve choices when grocery shopping or dining out are discussed. Spouses or other household members that may share in the grocery shopping or cooking are welcome to attend your nutrition session(s).
•Nutrition information provided is based on current research and in compliance with major health organizations.
•When necessary, we may collaborate with your physician to enhance total medical care.
•Follow-up visits are encouraged to help you successfully implement new eating strategies, but they are not required.
•We will not try to sell you any foods, drinks, or any form of dietary supplements.
•Both physician-referrals and self-referrals are welcome.
