The Nutrition Outpatient Center at Bon Secours St. Mary’s Hospital is pleased to offer individual nutrition counseling provided by skilled and experienced Registered Dietitians.

Food and nutrition are integral to health. Whether it is general wellness or disease-specific guidance you seek, we are here to help. Just a few of the many conditions that we can help you with include:

•Consultation sessions are tailored to meet your needs. How to plan appropriate meals, modify recipes, and improve choices when grocery shopping or dining out are discussed. Spouses or other household members that may share in the grocery shopping or cooking are welcome to attend your nutrition session(s).
•Nutrition information provided is based on current research and in compliance with major health organizations.
•When necessary, we may collaborate with your physician to enhance total medical care.
•Follow-up visits are encouraged to help you successfully implement new eating strategies, but they are not required.
•We will not try to sell you any foods, drinks, or any form of dietary supplements.
•Both physician-referrals and self-referrals are welcome.
