I see many people with chronic illnesses and conditions (including cancer) who want to deal with their symptoms using fewer drugs, while substantially increasing their quality of life. I also specialize in treating people with phobias (fear of flying, spiders, dentists, driving in traffic, etc) and Post Traumatic Stress (PTSD) stemming from childhood abuse, rape, assault, medical procedures, and combat. Fears and PTSD are actually normal responses to abnormal events, and new treatments such as EFT and EMDR are proving highly successful in eliminating the negative left-overs of the traumatic experiences. Eating disorders and weight problems are also often associated with childhood trauma, and respond extremely well to these therapies as well.
