I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on.

Dr. Lai is a doctor I trust. I've been going for nearly 2 years and he still makes time for me and my questions. When I'm there for physical therapy, he even checks up on me then and is willing to discuss my case, even though he's on his way out for his 20 minute lunch. The wait is a little long, but it's because they try to fit all the people who need to see him.
