Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation.

I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. I love that they always make sure I'm able to be with my child at all times. They go above and beyond to make sure my child and I are always comfortable. I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me.
