Anne is the BEST! I have been seeing her for over 1 year and have had experience with other counselors that didn't measure up! She has helped me to explore emotional feelings and places I was so afraid to open up. I have been able to work through my childhood traumas and see how they are tied to my adult life and current situations. She asks the right questions to get me to think about my past and future differently and it has enabled me to grow naturally through the process! I am more whole and living a more authentic life than I ever have before. I love that she uses all types of therapies and healing methods. Her office is comfortable and allows me, to be me. She recommends other alternative and traditional therapies that she knows are ONLY the BEST! I completely trust her care.
