Relative ease at scheduling appointment. The front desk staff, George, is kind, helpful and up to the task of a busy, ever growing and exacting office, what with all the many patients.
Hard to get refills at times. Lag in communication, between doc and pa? but it will inevitably (!) get filled.
It seems to matter if you are a mild, tidy, and med compliant patient, one who will or rather will not question he or the the staff “too much” or you may find yourself to be treated with an unspoken snark that is palpable, maybe even be treated as though one is contrary, should you globe prone to being “sassy.”
Not a lot of compassion seeing how they treat depression; not from the staff,who needs to check their own moods, a tendency to behave as though their detached aloofness allows the staff superiority.
Overall, seem to be doing their part to truly treat you like the mental patient you present yourself to be.

The staff is extremely cordial and respectful. Dr. Bennett is superb in managing my challenges. He gives clear direction, is readily accessible and is very knowldgeable in managing my challenges. He is current in treatment modalities and offers mulitple solutions when I am faced with a challenge. I higly recommend this group for care.
