I was very comfortable during my adjustments. I felt no pain or discomfort at all. All of my questions were answered during my appointment, which really put my mind at ease. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan.

Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. I was very comfortable the entire time. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting.
