They gave me a very thorough explanation about how acupuncture works and why its effective. They were happy to answer every question I had. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I have never been put on hold here. Dr. Yoon not only treats the specific problem you come in for, but evaluates your whole well being and offers treatment accordingly.
