My mother is a resident here and I am getting ready to pull her out! ALWAYS understaffed, I have been trying to call a nurse to let her know m y mother is sick for the past two hours and NOBODY will answer the phone! Her room is freezing,I went to eat luch with her last week and we waited at least 45 minutes for our order to be taken, Then when we finally did get our food there was a hair in it! RUN dont walk away from the wyncote church home!
