I had to remove my mother from this facility after just 2 days. Although hospital discharge papers requested an examination on arrival, after 2 days she had still not been seen by a doctor. She was never changed or bathed either. She was left sitting in pain for an hour and a half while calls for assistance from her room buzzer were ignored.
I wish I had seen this information on this facility before I sent my mother there - <url removed> .
