This survey is awful, for those of you who don't understand the previous reviews It's because it gives you a survey and then fills out the review with your answers from the survey... Odd.... This place is filled with a lot of low functioning individuals, there's constantly people covered in their own bodily fluids, the staff has a unreal task at hand just keeping the people in order, let alone the facilities. My daughter's laundry and belongings are constantly being stolen, or lost, or both. There's chairs covered in urine and liquids on the floors. And the smell, the smell is awful. This could be considered acceptable if your loved one was also low functioning and was completely unaware of their surroundings. My daughter is schitzophrenic, fairly high functioning (bathes, feeds, and clothes herself), and keenly aware of her surroundings and this place is a nightmare for her and I. We chose this place because it's filled with younger individuals, but now we're just frantically looking for alternatives.
