I would find it hard to recommend this facility to someone else. Resident's call light has been on for l hour or more, more than once, among other things.

Most meant well and did well, but the few who meant well and didn't do well tipped the scale to the detriment of my mother. Figuring the doctors knew what was best, we didn't trust our own judgment. Looking back I see our instincts for her care were correct.
