They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. Went to visit my aunt , I was in shock as to what I seen. Her hair was so dry it was falling out. Someone took her t.v. from her room so now she has no tv. to watch. Her shin was really dry, it looks to me that they do not pay close attention to the residents needs. I would not put my dog in a place like that. We will be looking for a new place that she will be well taken care of.
