tremont nursing home took me to court for an outstanding balance,which was due to the fact I had work done to my mothers house for her eventual return.
Neither Their lawyers (nor the firm I paid $1200 to represent me)took into account deductions for blue cross additional insurance payments. attending doctor bill payments which had been incurred/paid by me since my mothers admission.They still have not acknowledged all b.c.payments / any of attending Dr. payments made since her admission.
An agreement was made to pay down debt in monthly payments with the stipulation that ALL B.C. /DR.co pays would be taken into consideration per PA. law.,which still hasn't been donr e nearly a year later.Now despite payments they wish to put balance? into collections.
Tha ONLY reason my mother is in Tremont is because of the fact it is closer to her sisters,brothers,to be able to visit her.
Furthermore despite the Fact they receive all her S.S./V.A./ Husbands Steelworker benefits AND money from PA.dept. of welfare totaling near or over the amount of $100,000.00 they want more when there is none.
So my rating for their business dept. is minus 10.
AND lets not forget that important documents i.e. flu shot authorizations,medical reviews(3 to date)Were not received due to the FACT the zip codes on these were incorrect.

Tremont Health and Rehab went above and beyond for my father. The nursing staff were helpful, smart, and funny. In the worst of days they would always make my dad laugh and forget all his troubles, even for a short while. The place itself was clean and the housekeeping staff very friendly. The food was exceptional, better than he got at home! He also enjoyed the variety with meals. I would recommend Tremont to anyone looking for a place for their loved one.

Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet

Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in
