They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important.

IVE LIVED HERE 3.5 YEARS, AND HAVE BEEN SO SATISFIED WITH THE STAFF, THE WAY I"M TREATED AND THE OVERALL CONDITIONS. OTHER RESIDENTS ARE FRIENDLY EASY TO BE WITH AND IT'S JUST AN ALL AROUND GOOD COMMUNITY.
