This is by far the worst retirement home I've ever stepped foot in. Some of the employees unplug your families call lights at night so they can't call for help. I have a family member here that has been abused AND the person who abused her was put right back on her floor to work! I ask a employee please can you help me get my family member up and their response that's not my job?! Seriously then who's job is it because 3 employees are sitting here doing absolutely nothing! Clothes continuously being stolen out of drawers. I'm sitting here even now at 11am and they have yet to get my family member out of bed WHY? because the employee didn't feel like it and went on break. Over heard her saying she didn't want to deal with it until she saw me and got right to her job. Reporting this place to state for investigation. I wrote this review on their Facebook page and they deleted it and blocked me. Just this very second I received a phone call from my fm and was told a employee refused to take my fm to the restroom and told my fb she needed to go on herself in bed before they got my fb up!!!! Not only that but they popped my fm shoulder out of socket. I'm calling a ambulance for my fm right now and reporting the employee once again to state the EXACT same employee that's been pulling the call light out at night.

The facility has undergone a refurb and looks very warm and inviting. Staff is very friendly, entertainment every Friday. My father loves it there and the care is great.
