Their facility looked like the cleaning crew may have skipped a week. The staff is horrible and rude they allow their residents to stay in soiled clothing and my family member went two weeks without being bathed. You leave messages for the facility administrator but she will not return any calls address any issues.
Their equipment really needs to be updated right away. It looked ancient. The entire staff was so rude and inconsiderate. I couldn't believe they would be so mean. They didn't tell me anything about my treatment options. I left feeling very confused and frustrated. I am submitting a formal complaint with the state against them.
