I've visited friend numerous times- facility is dirty! Dead roach spotted when approaching area to purchase snacks on first floor; took pictures & facility dirty thru-out. Discussing smell when exiting elevator. Staff good but long shifts & not compensated. Overall discusting facililty & avoid if possible. Friend contracted deadly infectious disease Mensa & was informed until after the fact? She's lucky they didn't kill her. Incompetence beyond acceptance. Avoid this facility if at all possible!!!!!!!!
