The music they played here was downright irritating and gave me a headache. I would have preferred absolute silence to that noise. I found the office, but only because I had simple, very clear directions. I wish it had been easier to locate. Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid for calling. I avoided calling because I didn't want to feel stupid. They never made any effort to follow up with me after my visit and it made me feel very unimportant. I know they see a lot of patients, but when you say you're going to follow up, you should. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. The administrater was a cow wow i will be pulling my Mom out. This lady threaten a staff member in front of us guest then I asked who she was was told the Admin named Julie WOW Even the Staff I soke to is affraid of her she said if anything is said she would be fired for talking to me.

I was in a lot of pain during my visit that I feel could have definitely been avoided if they had been more careful. They don't treat their clients equally at all, and only make time for their favorite clients. If they didn't like me, they didn't make time for me. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. Every time I would start talking about my circumstances, they would argue with me or get mad. I was scared to say anything because I didn't want to make them upset. They definitely don't have a good professional reputation within my community. Everyone knows they're not trustworthy at all. For goodness sake I stood in front lobby waiting for help and can now tell you everything wrong with one person there They could close there door before cussing and dicuss a persons medical history I didnt need to know what I heard. there was an office when you enter with cussing coming from it and behavior that made me sick to my stomach. I finally after more than five minutes had a gentleman ask if I needed help ( this is after multiply workers including both front office people which after reading the name badges were the administrater and not sure on other. Hint the office with cussing was administrater she was on phone sounded like my defiant 16 year old niece talking to her bff. I was wanting to visist my aunt that had just arrived there. Atleast the gentlemen that asked me if I needed help was professional. after this visit my self and my aunts son are moving our beloved aunt out. PLEASE BEWARE the administrater should be picking up trash on the side of the road not working with our elderly family. I wish I would have heard about this web sight earlier to save my aunt from going to this place.
