This place is horrible and should be under review by the ACLU as well as the ADA. In addition to being understaffed I question the scope of training of the staff that is onsite. The residents are ungroomed, left in soiled linens and appear to be malnourished as well as dehydrated. I have a family member there currently for rehab as the result of a fall and while my loved one has only been there 9 days they have lost 26lbs and now have bed sores. The tv doesn't work, there is no heat in the room and the walls are dingy and undesirable. I have not met any staff other than the physical therapist over the age of 25 on any of my 9 visits, which concerns me as there seems to be an overwhelming lack of experience and aptitude among the "crew". PLEASE, look for care elsewhere.

No other therapy department treated or cared for my husband as well as you did at Terrace Gardens. I was extremely impressed with your techniques, attitude, work ethic, integrity and most of all the loving and compassionate way you took care of him. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I will never forget the wonderful and amazing treatment he received there.
