This is a family owned facility, which truly makes the place just feel like "home." The staff has one goal, and that is to make the quality of life of each resident as positive on a daily basis as humanly possible. The staff are the most professional, bright, and passionate about their work, from the high-school snack & water passers, to the director of nursing. From the laundry, housekeeping, and kitchen (by the way, really GREAT food! -Home cooking!) up to the Administrator, these people put their heart and souls into taking care of someone else's loved one, as if he or she were their own family member.

Just a warning, they do not adhere to the customer is always right policy no matter what the situation is. They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them instead of trying to correct the situation. That's just bad business. Their equipment was old. Most of it was still in usable condition but I would have appreciated equipment that was at least current. They didn't display their qualifications. It made me nervous. The cologne they wore was absolutely terrible and almost unbearable. They should have considered their clients before putting it on. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there.
