Loved one staying there had severe head bruising & bruising of the arm and family was not notified of the injuries. Director of the facility was extremely rude and unprofessional when asked about my loved ones injuries. Family members clothing was lost, a sandwich was tossed to them in a plastic bag onto a heating register ( this is a person who can't even feed themself). Tried to get me to sign paperwork that they had neglected to get at the time of admission and back date it. Billed for more days than actually stayed in the facility and so much more!
