I had the hardest time finding their office, and I usually have a good sense of direction. Their prices were not fair at all. They were extremely overpriced and I felt ripped off. Every time I've called and left a message, I've never heard back. It's extremely annoying. They seemed like they were extremely irritated to be at work, and that they couldn't wait for me to leave. They didn't seem to want to help anyone. I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had know how terrible they were I never would have gone.
